Summer is nocking on the door...

Hi everybody,


lets talk about Summer and the every year returning need of training yourself to get the "perfect" beach body. After a more or less hard winter wrapped in worm fluffy clothes and uncontrolled eating during that time the thought of wearing a skirt or a dress is not so seductive. The solution is as easy as uncomfortable. Go and get yourselfe in shape again. Running, biking, fitness studio the options are almost unlimited. As i have the same problem i try to do every vear something new to motivate me or lets say to trick myself abit. This year i took rebounding. You make your training on a trampoline what is really much fun and to my suprice totally effective. So i can recommend it to everyone.


But in the end all that counts is that you do something!! Wish you all a good start into the Summer ;)

ready steady go...

lets talk about how to be effective a vegetarian. More and more people give up eating meat because of varios reasons, me to. Some because they are against the factory farming and  the mistreating of the animals. Others do it because there metabolism can't handle meat very good and it makes them feel tired and worse for wear. I do it because i have never eaten much meat and i feelt so sorry for the poor animals. So after that decision is made the harder part starts. How to manage it is a balanced diet and eating stays rich in variety. There for you should know what vegetables and fruits you like and you can eat without get problems with your intestinal ;). Then i would recomend all off you to have a look at the well known Food Pyramide for Vegetarians.

It will give you a good idea how to handle that, without have the problem of get to less vitamins, minerals and at least proteins. That is very important for everyone how does sports or has a physical job. But that leads me to soy and tofu. You can get it in various varieties. I switched from cow-milk to soy-milk and from normal cheese to goat and sheeps cheese. Also the yoghurt is very good from sheepmilk. There are also produkts made out of soy to use same as meat, like stripes to but into chili or Wok-dishes and in granules to but into tomato sauce for pasta. And tofu is available smoked, marinated and stuffed with vegetables.




You can fry and grill it, serve it with all side dishes you want, for dessert maybe a good ice cream with warm fruits and you have a delicious, well balanced vegetarian meal. I hope i could give all who are interessted a brief glimpse and those who thought of come to the vegetarian side a jump start.
